ActorDoor’s intended approach
ActorDoor is being designed so actors can access and maintain core personal information, while agencies and casting companies receive role-appropriate access for legitimate professional workflows.
Information categories
The platform may process account details, profile information, measurements, skills, career credits, media, documents, representation records, SelfTape submissions, communication history and technical audit information.
Role-based access
Actors, agencies, casting companies and ActorDoor administrators receive different access. Agency-private records are not automatically shared with other organisations.
Security
ActorDoor uses protected access, secure links, tenant separation, encrypted transport and activity records. Controls will continue to be reviewed as the service develops.
